TurboCare Canada, Ltd., formerly Kadon, is proud to have our quality system registered
to the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. The ISO 9001:2000 quality system is an
internationally recognized model for quality assurance encompassing design, development,
production, installation and servicing.
Our quality standards play a large role in helping us to continually improve
our products and services. Specifically ISO 9001:2000 assists us in the following
areas:
Liability Control
Ensures a company does not undertake work they are not qualified to do
This is handled by qualified personnel in the quotation and work scope stage
and is also referred to as contract review.
Calibration Control
Ensures all shop and engineering measuring instruments and meters are giving
consistent, accurate measurements
Purchasing Control
Ensures all purchased or inventoried materials used in machinery repairs are
what they are claimed to be. If subcontracted processes of work are required they
must be verified and or monitored by the contractor.
Process Control
Ensures all dimensions, temperatures, methods and materials are properly specified
for consistency in job performance.
