TurboCare provides world-class knowledge, services, and products to owners and operators of generator stators and rotors. TurboCare is a single-source provider of generator stator and rotor assessments, reconditioning, repairs, and rewinds. Behind the strengths of our experienced engineering and machine shop capabilities, there is virtually no component of a turbine generator stator or rotor that we cannot repair or make in kind.
All work is performed with the highest quality of ISO-certified materials and processes, performed in-house or on-site. TurboCare also offers in-house winding fabrication capabilities including multiple-turn diamond coil, single-turn, and multiple-turn Roebel bar designs for generator stator rewinding and field coil fabrication capabilities, including continuous-wound, pictureframe, and c-shaped designs for generator rotor rewinding.
