Ensuring Rotor Integrity


Our inspection methods include full range of common non-destructive examinations (US, MPI, Dye-pen). As part of the component inspection we take full dimensional checks verifying overall and critical dimensions, checking run-out on probe areas and making total indicator readings (TIR) to check straightness of the rotor shaft.

All findings are well documented in inspection forms and recommended repairs are provided with rapid turnaround, i.e. repair of journals, replacement of sleeves and bushing, rotor straitening or weld repairs.
