Our capabilities include complete on-site and in-shop repair services of steam turbines, pumps and compressors in Western North America and the Pacific Rim. In addition to extensive in-house shop capabilities, we have portable equipment that few competitors can match:
- Portable large rotor lathes, including VBM and HBM, CNC milling, VTL and HTL
- On-site rotor balancing for rotors up to 250,000 lbs.
- Submerged-arc welding station for large rotors, plus TIG, MIG, SMAW, and plasma arc.
- Stress relief furnace equipment, including portable stations.
- Containerized portable machine shop for customers without a full machine shop.
- Other equipment specifically tailored to repairing steam turbines in the field
