TurboCare is looking for a proven leader who will be responsible for all day to day activities at the facility including, Repairs, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Systems, Finance & Human Resources. Full Profit & Loss responsibility.Responsible for all day to day activities at the facility including, Repairs, Engineering, Quality, Sales, Systems, Finance & Human Resources. Full Profit & Loss responsibility.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach and give guidance to the staff and personnel at the facility
- Improve Gross Margins
- Position the Business for future growth
- Continuously improve the systems that run the business
- Provide a safe work environment for all employees
- Practice the guiding principles of TurboCare
- Be a leader
- Oversee the quality system
- Intricate part of the TurboCare Western Region Team
- Interface with other Operations managers to ensure best practices are being implemented.
- Drive continuous improvement in the facility day to day practices
- Performance of Facility
- Financial results
- Is Scheduling up & running
- Ability to handle more capacity
- Workman's Comp Statistics
- Minimum of 5 years of repair experience
- Minimum of 10 years in the TurboMachinery Industry
- BSME or Equivalent
- 5 + Years Management experience
