TurboCare's efficient 44,000 sq. ft. repair facility has the capacity
to service, rebuild, repair and test the largest motors and industrial rotating
equipment used in industry today.
Shop features:

Drive-through shipping and receiving with 18 ft. (5.5 m) by 16 ft. (4.9 m) shipping
doors;

6 overhead cranes, 7 hooks, 25 ft. under the hook with 40 ton lift capacity;

2 overhead cranes per bay to speed up assembly time;

Multi-part wash bays with high-pressure, hot water detergent and specialty non-destructive
abrasive cleaning equipment;

Fully equipped machine shop: CAD/CAM software systems, lathes (manual and CNC),
milling machines (manual and CNC), vertical boring mills, radial arm drills, cylindrical
grinders, surface grinders, 3 Schenck hard stand balancing machines and advanced
welding process;

Large and small temperature controlled charring and baking ovens;
