Process Controlled Vacuum Pressure Impregnation
TurboCare can rewind motors of all voltage levels up to 15 KV at our Calgary
facility. Our process-controlled VPI system (vacuum cycle to 5 microns, pressure
cycle to 100 PSI) ensures superior resin impregnation, better thermal conductivity
and a longer lasting insulation system.
The benefit is a cooler, more reliable motor that lasts longer than those rewound
using non-factory VPI processes. Other insulation systems are available including
epoxy loaded tapes, varnish dipped and cured, and sealed systems. |
