Most operators of base-load running gas turbine operators will either carry their own inventory or have access to a parts inventory pool share with other users to ensure that in the event of an emergency, they have adequate cover for critical parts. However, there are instances where inventory-holding may be inadequate to meet all demand for parts so TurboCare have developed a unique critical parts exchange plan to allow users to meet their operational power commitments. In fact, this plan is available to all gas turbine users and is often utilized by owners who operate their turbines under non-peaking conditions. Additionally, many times our customers refer to fill in repair fall-out with refurbished parts instead of new parts.

TurboCare holds an inventory of numerous critical parts for all Frame-type gas turbines, Westinghouse Mature Frame, Fiat, FT4/GG4, and LM2500. These parts include rotating parts, stationary parts and combustion equipment - all of which have been repaired at one of our own leading-technology work-shops. All refurbished parts are accompanied by a full warranty, and delivery anywhere in the world within 48 hours.

The critical parts inventory will often be shown on our website, but as the inventory is continually being updated we recommend that users contact their nearest TurboCare entity to check on availability.
