TurboCare is able to engineering, manufacture, and machine a wide range of components for generators.  Our component manufacturing capabilities include generator frames, generator inner frames, generator bed plates, core compression plates, retaining rings, frame suspension beams, and sealings surfaces.  All of our components are manufactured using high quality materials and performed under ISO 9001 Certification.

Supporting our production capabilities, TurboCare also offers full capabilities for reconditioning, repair, rewinding, and high speed balancing of generators.  These services allow customers to have all of their generator services handled in one place, eliminating the need to balance multiple service providers.
