The perfect solution for fast, accurate parts manufacture
To quickly manufacture accurately designed components when design documentation is not available, we perform on site measurements using CMM. In this process we use 3D measurement arms and scanner, which digitally records measurement points in 3D space in relation to a defined datum. The capacity of the CimCore Series 3000i is 3,600 mm with a tolerance ±0,075 mm; for the FaroArm Quantum it is 3,700 mm with a tolerance +/-0,051 mm and for the Faro Laser ScanArm V2 the tolerance is +/-0, 05 mm. This equipment has unlimited rotation for each arm axis, guaranteeing accurate measurement even in low accessibility regions. The equipment is light, compact and easy to transport anywhere in the world. Using this kind of metrology makes quick and precise parameter definition possible in a way that would be impossible using traditional methods.
