Kadon Acquires Edmonton, AB Motor Repair Facility
CALGARY, Alberta (September 27, 2006) - Jim Mugford, President of Kadon Electro Mechanical Services
Ltd., a TurboCare business, is pleased to announce the acquisition of an electric
motor repair facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Previously owned and operated as
Siemens Canada Ltd.
"We are pleased to be expanding Kadon's electric motor repair capabilities by
acquiring this facility from Siemens Canada Ltd.," said Jim Mugford today from
Edmonton, Alberta. "Kadon will continue to support Siemens electric motor repair
business under the management of Kadon Calgary, with the Edmonton facility's current
supervision and technical teams in place. Larger motor and generator repair will
continue to be supported from Kadon in Calgary."
Effective immediately the Edmonton repair facility will operate as Kadon Electro
Mechanical Services Ltd., Edmonton Operations.
